What is a Life Resolutions Business Member?

Life Resolutions Business Members are fully qualified psychologists who are registered with the Psychology Board of Australiaand have been approved by Life Resolutions, yet do not practice from a branded Life Resolutions location. For this reason Business Members may be located within a medical or allied health practice or other suitably convenient office locations.

What does this mean for you?

1) Because Life Resolutions is committed to providing consistently high quality standards, creating a caring, nurturing, trustworthy and positive environment to give you the best possible support in achieving personal fulfilment you will receive the same professional service from a Business Member as you would at a Life Resolutions practice.

2) The location of the appointment with your psychologist will be explained at the time your appointment is made, this will include clear easy to understand directions to the location, the name of the building or business the psychologist is located within.

3) At your first appointment with a Business Member they will provide the contact details and procedure for contacting them directly to arrange further appointments.

4) If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the service you receive from a Business Member contact Life Resolutions directly with your concerns.
