The Moment - Mindfulness Workshops

Mindfulness is living in the present, not worrying about the past or the future. Developing mindfulness helps us to see things more clearly, and without judgment. It is the opposite of being distracted.


When we learn to be mindful, we have a greater sense of self-awareness and improved self-esteem. We learn to focus our attention on what is important in the moment. Life Resolutions The Moment Workshop is beneficial to those who suffer from:

Places in our The Moment Workshop are currently available at Life Resolutions Practices in:


 

Duration: 6 x 2 hour sessions over 6 weeks.


Deposits are required when booking into a workshop.

Medicare rebates are available for workshops through the Better Mental Health Care initiative. A referral for a workshop program can be obtained through your G.P.
